Since beginning work at Styles Creative I've had to tailor my photography to other areas than travel. I am frequently required to take hundreds of product photography shots of products like jewellery. We use a lot of specialist equipment including custom lighting and macro lenses. The trick with product photography like this is to make the object appear isolated on a white background without sacrificing the quality of the product. This is usually easy however for shiny objects like rings there was some post production work to be done. Due to the intense maginification of the lens, dust particles could be seen and needed to be air-brushed out too.
