We followed the route guide from Peak District Top 10 Waterside Walks available here: https://amzn.to/2EoUWTQ with a difference. The stated guide is for a 5.5 mile route, starting with a Bus from the Car Park, and the return by foot. Unfortunately, the bus service does not run at all times, so as it is a flat walk, we completed the bus portion on foot - making an 11 mile circular route.
