The weather was not ideal, with spots of rain across the morning. We parked for free in the attached car park, and arrived early to ensure parking and a quiet walk... The 4 mile route begins through the woodlands, and follows the side of the reservoir on the circular return. Starting from free parking at Goyt Forest Car Park - there may even be an Ice Cream van when you return.
